Well today is Memorial day here in America. I find it so hot today. We have been blessed with sunny days last week and the beginning of this week. My husband is at home taking his vacation today. Here is one of our favorite dishes on Fridays, I used rotini instead of macaroni. My hubby inspired me to cook this because it is his favorite and we usually don’t eat meat on Fridays. This is a very filling meal because I used whole wheat rotini and skim milk for a nutritious and low caloric dish.
As my first child turns one year old next Wednesday, I am still amazed being a mother to this little guy. How is my motherhood?
