FTF: Beef Stroganoff and Chocolate confetti confections
Welcome to my Food Trip Friday entry. What I have here is the beef stroganoff that I made during George’s first birthday. It’s a Russian type of a dish that my FIL(family) likes to have to during special occasions. I used yogurt instead of sour cream to decrease caloric intake. It’s one of my successful dish because my hubby and mom in law really love it! You will mix it in a pasta or noodles and viola, you get a nutritious meal. I added the Chocolate confetti confection from Betty Crocker’s cook book, I only have strawberries and round pretzels. One could add, caramel cubes dipped into melted chocolate. My visitors loved it too.
