Family Lunch At T.G.I.Friday’s
After I finished my passport processing at the Philippine Consulate Office in New York City, we head over at T.G.I. Friday’s for Lunch. It was our first time to eat in this restaurant and we’re surprised that it’s the kind of restaurant with a Bar in it. We usually don’t go to a restaurant with a Bar at home as we keep our kids to be in good social contacts. But it was another story in NYC, whether you look left and right for a restaurant, there’s always a bar accompanied to it. Other restaurants that doesn’t have a bar are Fine dining there and the meal prices won’t be cheap. We settled at T.G.I. Friday’s in NYC, the cheapest you can get is around $20 bucks and those are the kind that are in the sandwich menu. I was surprised that you won’t get a kids meal there too like George’s food was around $18 bucks.
We checked out the Menu folder.
Luckily that was a Monday that we went there so we can still eat meat on our meals. We usually give up eating meat on Fridays.
George is getting bored waiting for his food in this picture. It was a noisy on that bar corner right there.
I just keep on taking pictures while waiting for my food. Nice ambiance in this restaurant though.
And voilah, this is the Caribbean Chicken Sandwich that I ordered for $20 bucks. Our friend told me that I should be careful in eating this as this might be very spicy. I got nervous, but when I ate, it wasn’t hot at all. It was sweet and juicy and those green slices are avocados. I didn’t eat them inside the sandwich but rather took it out from the sandwich and ate it like an appetizer. I also have sweet potato fries on the side. I enjoyed my sandwich. Oooh, it was so good!
George had Chicken fingers and french fries. My husband had California Club sandwich.
This is me and my little family. We had a good time in those days we traveled together.

i kept on seeing TGIF but would you believe that in my 6 years here i have been to TGIF once? well hubby doesn’t like there so that is why we were never there but once.
thank you for joining today. you got great fam pics there.
there is TGIF in Ayala Cebu, we haven’t been there too, was supposed to but decided not to, mahal man.. hahahaha! they serve kiddie meals there… 218 BPC hop here.
my family and i always enjoy dining at TGIF, we love their baby back ribs, which cost 9.99 for a half rack with 2 sides on it. then i usually get the grilled chicken with shrimps, and jj get the chicken fingers like george. but we dont pay full price if we dine there because i have some coupons, sometimes its half off of the entries, and sometimes buy one take one. if u go to there website and register they will send u emails for great deals. our TGIF has a bar as well, but its not noisy, only if there is somebody celebrating his/her bday coz the crew will sing and cheers for him. =)
