One of the American Classic clock is the Kit-cat Clock. It is a famous clock made by designer Earl Arnault (1904-1971). I am amazed to know that it has been 80 years now since this clock was made the first time.

I received a Free Kit-cat clock to review and it’s this Black Kit-cat Classic color. When we opened the box, I thought it will be difficult to assemble as the parts are a little bit fragile, but the instructions are very easy to understand and that you have to remove the back of the clock carefully to install two (2) C batteries in it. Once the batteries are in place you have to hang the tail and swing it for the clock hands to operate. The tail works as a second hand and it synchronize with the movement of cat’s eyes (right-left 2x movement).

Actually, my two boys enjoyed watching the Kit-cat clock ticking. Every time we have visitors in our house, George wants to show them our Kit-cat clock. It is very fascinating and a good starter for guest conversations.
