Making Rudolf Pops And Choco Truffles
Hi everyone! Just want to share this fun and sweet goodies to you all! My kids and I made a batch of rudolf pops and choco truffles. These are all no bake sweets so it is less stressful. I also have no troubles in melting the candy discs in making this cute goodies!
As for the Rudolf pops, I used nutter butter cookies, M&M’s, pretzels and white pearl candy sprinkles. And for the choco truffles, I just used a pack of ground oreos and cream cheese. You have to melt candy discs to coat them. When you melt the candy, you just need a hot water in bowl and put another clean, dry bowl on top of it where you do the melting. Keep stirring so the candy stays thin and easy to coat on pops and truffles. The truffles are a little bit tricky to coat because they need to be frozen for 25 minutes before you do the candy coating. Make sure you lay them in a wax paper so that they will easy to dry and won’t stick. As for designing the truffles, you put the thin and melted candy inside a small ziplock bag and cut a very tiny hole on the tip for easy writing. I also have a version of coating no bake truffles with dessicated coconut which is much easier than coating candy. I love how this batch turned out and everyone in my family and our friends enjoyed them. There are so many fun ideas you can do with coating nutter butter cookies and truffles. You can find lots of images in Google and in Pinterest. How about you, have you done rudolf pops and choco truffles too? If this is your first time, let me know how yours turned out, ok? Enjoy!
